Daily Lesson Plan

Objectives

- Identify key locations on Central American Map.
- Re-write Chapter 8 ORQ’s that did not reach a mastery level (above an 80%).

Procedures

1) Students will label and color a Map of Central America with 10 physical and 10 political features that they will copy from the board.
2) Students will re-write Chapter 8 ORQ’s that did not score over 80%.

Assessment

Map of C. America – (Formative) I will monitor the students progress by walking around the room.
ORQ Assessment - (Summative) Students will re-write their ORQ and have it re-graded by me. They will continue this until it meets mastery level and will earn additional points for correcting it. A Rubric is attached.
